4 chicken thighs boneless and skinless1/4 cup chopped onion2 tbsp olive oilGarlic powder and adobo for taste10oz of frozen brocolli
remove and excess grease the thigh may have
season with garlic powder and adobo
chop onion
add the olive oil to skillet pan
add chicken and onion
when chicken is fully cooked add frozen brocolli
leave pan on low tempeature until brocolli is done
