Mexican Potstickers

Ingredients
1 Large onion1 T. oil1/2 pound ground turkey1/2 tsp red chili peppers1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 cup green chilis1/4 cup chopped cilantro1/4 cup chicken broth1 T flour
Directions
Brown onion in 1 T oil. Add turkey, chilis, cumin, and oregano and cook until turkey is not pink. Add other herbs and broth, then the flour to thicken. Wrap in wontons.

Spray pan, brown potstickers on both sides, then add 1/3 cup water, or chicken broth and cook covered about 4 minutes. Remove lid and cook until liquid evaporates. Repeat for other potstickers.
