Chile Relleno Casserolle

Ingredients
* Hot Chili Peppers, 10 pepper * Kirkland Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 12 oz (1 half of a package) * Fat Free Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, 8 cup * *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1tbs
Directions
Preheat 350. Slice open peppers, fill w/ 3oz (1 serving) of chicken strips & 1/4 cup cheese, fold together, put in 9x13 glass dish. Wisk flour and egg whites until mixed, pour over rellenos. Bake until golden brown. While baking strain tomatoes (add Chile powder/spices to taste) heat in microwave to take away the chill. Pour over top immediately out of the oven. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and cheese (track calories accordingly :)
