Ingredients
12 Lasagna Noodles1 lb. Ground Beef1 jar (24 oz) Spaghetti Sauce2 cups Water1 egg2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese15 oz Ricotta Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Brown meat in skillet
Drain
Add: 2 cups water and jar of spaghetti sauce
Bring to boil

In bowl, mix: egg and cheeses

In 13 x 9 pan layer:
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Half the cheese mixture
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Rest of Cheese mixture
Meat Sauce
4 Lasagna Noodles
Remaining Meat Sauce

Cover with tin foil
Bake 40 minutes

Remove tin foil
Bake 15 minutes
