3/4 Cup Olive Oil1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice3 Fresh Garlic Cloves, chopped or crushed3/4 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground3/4 tsp Sea Salt
Add more Black Pepper &/or Sea Salt to taste, if desired. You can use less Olive Oil for lower fat & a SPARKy taste. Put in a glass jar or cruet, shake. (Keeps indefinately in the fridge). 2 teaspoons per serving.
For marinades, put the desired amount of dressing in a ziploc bag with meat. Refrigerate 30-60 minutes. Grill.
