Nancy's Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients
Flank steak 3 lbs.2 cups flour3 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning2 dashes Salt3 large eggs3 Tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Heat canola oil in skillet on low/medium.
Beat 3 large eggs in seperate mixing bowl.
Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.
Dip steak into egg then into dry ingredients.
Cook on each side for 6-10 min.
