ONION KETCHUP CHICKEN

Ingredients
2 large onions2 tbsp canola oil4 chicken legs separated (remove skin if desired)4 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp ketchup4 tbsp brown sugarwater
Directions
Slice onions and sautee them slowly in oil until brown.
Add chicken legs, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Add water until half covering chicken.
Bring to boil and simmer covered for an hour.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
