1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt1/2 frozen bababa, peeled and chopped2 tablespoons powdered protein supplement1 tablespoon flax seed1 teaspoon splenda1/2 c frozen strawberries
Directions
In a blender, blend the milk, yogurt, babana, protein supplement flax seed, sugar and strawberries until smooth.
