Spicy Tuna Salad (sandwich-style)

Ingredients
1 (7 oz) can water-packed, albacore tuna, drained1/3 cup frozen peas, thawed1 stalk celery, diced1 tablespoon diced onion1 tablespoon Mt. Olive diced jalapeņo pepper, with or without juice1/2 teaspoon Coleman's prepared hot mustard3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Spread 1/3 of mixture on your choice of bread for sandwich.
