Baked oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup skim milk 1 whole egg, plus 1 egg white (or 1/4 cup egg substitute) 1/2 cup applesauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract .
Directions
Mix Oatmeal and baking powder.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour in sprayed 9" pie pan or casserole dish or sprayed muffin tins.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Optional: Add raisins or berries.
