Almost Sodium-Free Hummus

Ingredients
Kuner's Garbanzo Beans - No Salt Added, 2 cansGarlic, 3 tbspCumin, ground, 1 tspYogurt, plain, low-fat, 3/4 cupRed pepper flakes, 1/2 tspSesame seeds, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix.

We found it easiest to add the yogurt one quarter cup at a time until we were happy with the consistency.

Makes about 10 1/4-cup servings.
