Ingredients
2 egg whites 1/2 c sugar1/8 tsp cream of tartarpinch of saltopptional ( 1 tsp vanilla extract)
Directions
beat egg whites untill foamy then add the cream of tartar and beat untill soft peaks form then add the vanilla, salt and the sugar(add the sugar a little bit at a time) then beat the mixture untill stiff peaks form. Then place the mixture in a plastic bag a snip the conner of the bag of and squeze the batter into spirals on a cookie sheet. Cookie for 1 hour untill cookies are dry and cracked when you break them in half. The oven should be preheated to 200 degrees.
