Roasted Butternut squash and Sweet potatoes

Ingredients
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oilnon-stick spray
Directions
Put the cubes in cold water in a sauce pan. Turn heat on high and cook for 10 minutes.
Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Drain cubes and toss with EVOO. Transfer to pan and roast on 375* for 40 minutes turning once.
