Salmon Nicoise

3 teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce4 salmon fillets1 tablespoon butter1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted1 teaspoon garlic powderSalt and Pepper to taste
In a small shallow bowl, combine hot sauce and soy sauce. Dip the fillets on both sides and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the fish, place in the oven at 400 degrees to cook through.
Add the tomatoes and olives to the pan and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic powder and salt (not too much! the olives are already salty) to taste. Top the fish with the tomato/olive mixture and serve.
