Meatless Monday soup

Ingredients
2 cans of corn, 2 cans of pintos, 1 can of RoTel, 1 can of chicken broth, 4 Morningstar Farms Grillers.
Directions
Makes 6 one cup servings. Just open the cans, pour into a saucepan, add rice, and cook. Cook grillers separately. I serve over a corn bread muffin with grillers chopped on top. I split 4 grillers over 6 bowls of soup.

    Definitely a keeper. Quick and simple to prepare. I served with vegetarian corn bread. Rinsed and drained beans, drained corn to cut down on sodium. Used low sodium vegetable broth. - 4/4/17
