Healthy Homemade Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 Tbs Sugar1 Tbs Olive oil3/4 water1 Tbs Lite Soy SauceI packet Kung Pao Seasoning1/4 Cup Peanuts 1 Cup Frozen mixed veggies
Directions
Mix water, seasoning, sugar and soy sauce, set aside.
Add Olive Oil to skillet or wok, brown chicken. Add peanuts and mixed veggies, brown for about 1 minute. Add seasoning mixture and cook for about 1-3 minutes on low heat. Set aside, sauce will thicken.

Serve over brown rice.

    I would make the sauce from scratch or try out a different brand of sauce. The sauce I had was too sweet. - 10/8/07
