Beef Tips (no noodles)

Ingredients
1 tbls evoo2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into strips1/3 c. brown rice flourcelery seeds, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste2 c. beef broth
Directions
Cut meat into 1" strips. Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in shallow dish. Roll meat in flour mixture. Brown in oil, but don't cook through. When meat and flour have a nice golden look, add broth and celery seed. Simmer one hour. Serve over hot noodles, brocolli, mushrooms, or another earthy vegetable but make sure to adjust nutrition info.
