Italian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1.9 pounds sirloin beef, cubed1 Tbs. Canola oil1 medium onion, cubed3 small potatoes, cubed1 cup regular coffee2 servings diced Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp. chili powder3 cloves garlic, smashed1 tsp. black pepper1 Tbs soy sauce1 tsp Italian seasonings1 cup water
Directions
Heat Canola oil in the bottom of a Dutch oven til hot. Brown beef pieces on all sides. Add onion, potatoes, coffee, spices, soy sauce, tomatoes and water. Stir altogether. Transfer to a crock pot. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 3-4 hours. This will make 10 servings of 3/4 cup each.
