500 grams. cauliflower, 1 cup finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp tomato paste,dried fenugreek leaves(kasoori methi),1 tblsp ginger garlic paste,MDH kitchen king masala,..................
heat the oil and then add onions to it and let it turn transulecent, then add the tomato paste,ginger garlic paste,salt, kitchen king masala and saute for 2 min. on low flame then add the cauliflower and cook on low flame for around 15- 20 min till it is soft and cooked and when it is done just before switching off the flame add heavy whipping cream.
