Crock Pot Mexican El Pollo

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken Breast1 can Black Beans (15 oz)1 can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz)4 cups Salsa (May substitute RoTel)1 cup Instant Brown Rice (uncooked)1 ea. Medium Onion (diced)2 tsp. Cumin2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Directions
Combine ALL ingredients in crock pot and cook on low approximately 7 - 8 hrs.

Approximately 6 servings

Can be served with a dollop of sour cream and even wrapped in a tortilla.
