Ingredients
1 lbs lean ground meat1/2 cup oat meal1 cup tomato sauce1 tsp salt or to taste1 green pepper chooped1 tsp back pepper or to taste1 white onion chooped4 clove garlic chopped4 oz of tap water
Directions
combine all together and place in pan can be sprayed with vegatable spray let cook at 350 degres for one hour . take out and enjoy
