Thousand Island low sodium dressing

Ingredients
Nonfat milk, 2/3 cupParsley, dried 1 tbspvinegar 1 tsponion powder 1/8 tspgarlic powder 1/8 tsplight fat free lemon yogurt, 6 ozno salt added ketchup, 3 tbsp
Directions
Makes about 15 tbsp. Mix all ingredients & chill. It thickens and flavors improve after it chills for a while.
