Zucchini/Squash Casserole

Ingredients
1/4 C sliced zucchini1/4 C sliced yellow/summer squash1 sliced tomato1/2 Tbsp chopped onion1 Tbsp parmasean cheese1/2 Tsp garlic & herb seasoning1 Tbsp water
Directions
In microwave safe dish, mix zucchini, squash, tomato and chopped onion. Sprinkle cheese and seasoning over top. Microwave for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.

Serves 1
