Thanks for the recipe! Instead of the egg wash, I used dijon mustard (stole the idea from another chicken parmesan recipe on this site), and it turned out fantastic. - 4/25/10

I made this slightly different only because I diod this last minute with what I had...basically used provolone vs mozzerella and it was still the same. Served witha side of steamed broccoli. Super tasty, super easy. - 1/5/10

Excellent recipe. The chicken was really moist. I left it in the oven just a little longer to let the top brown. - 2/14/16

Very good dish! I used italian bread crumbs. I also used my homemade tomato sauce (canned tomatoes cooked down with spices). Will make again. Thank you. - 5/30/12

My family thought "it needed something." The reason I made this is because of the low calorie. I think they missed the salt. Suggested that I salt the chicken before the breading. Also the portion of one breast was too big so only ate half a breast. Will do again but will try other recipes also. - 10/5/11

This was amazing. I did a little differently due to food allergies. I used egg whites only and I made my own bread crumbs with Rice Chex since I'm gluten free. I also used spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce and seasoned it even more with oregano, pepper, garlic powder. It was fabulous! - 9/1/11

This chicken was soooo good! The chicken was well-seasoned and very tender. I pounded the chicken to about 1/4" thickness before coating it. Very good dinner--everyone, including the kids, cleaned their plates! - 8/27/11

Our family really liked this. I will make it again...although I find it strange that the recipe didn't call for any Parmesan cheese. I added my own anyway. - 10/5/08
