1 - large banana1 cup - 8th Continent Light Soymilk, Light Original1 scoop - EAS 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla1/8 tsp - ground cinnamon (canela molida)2 tbsp - ground flaxseed (linaza molida)
Peel a large banana and throw it in a blender. Add 1 cup of 8th Continent Light Soymilk, Light Original. Use one of the higher settings to mix the soymilk and banana. Add 1 scoop of EAS 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla, 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed (linaza molida), and 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon. Stir these into mixture gently with a large spoon. Put lid on blender and use the Mix setting to blend everything evenly together.
