Low Carb Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup cottage cheese4 eggs1/2 cup canola oil1 Tbsp baking powder1 Tbsp vanilla extract1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Preheat griddle. Pour pancakes on griddle once hot. These take about 5 minutes per side before turning.
