Spinach & Artichoke dip (1/2 c = serving)

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen spinach1 jar marinated artichokes8 oz philly cream cheese8 oz sour cream1 c shredded parm cheese8 oz of monterey jack cheese1/2 c onion1 stick buttercrushed red pepper to taste1/4 tsp saltgarlic powder to tastedash of pepper
Directions
thaw spinach and add to pan with stick of margarine and onions - add cream cheese - allow to soften and mix together.

Then add sour cream, parm cheese and chopped up atichokes.

add seasonings to prefered taste

Put in 2 qt baking pan and top with monterey jack cheese
bake for about 35 mins until cheese looks melted and lightly browned.
