Geo's Roast Salmon with Avocado, Mozzarella & Tomato salad

Ingredients
240g Salmon Fillets (120g each)Sesame Seeds (1tbs)100g Mozzarella8 cherry tomatoes1 avocado100g Pasta or cous couslemon juice (20ml)salt and pepper
Directions
Put Salmon Fillets skin side down on baking tray, sprinkle a little of the salt and pepper on and coat with sesame seeds. 180oC for 25mins.

Cook pasta as per packet instruction (could also use plain cous cous)

Slice tomatoes, Avocado and mozzarella add salt pepper and lemon juice and combine with drained and cooled pasta.
