Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats1/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 eggs1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/4 cup skim milk3 medium mashed bananas
Directions
Beat eggs until frothy. Mix in apple sauce, milk and bananas. Add dry ingredients one at a time. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Makes 12-18 muffins.
