MOM'S BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP

1.5 lbs. of beef cubes/round 1 fresh "soup pack" (in the produce section)2 fresh potatos1 clove garlicfresh parsleysalt & pepper4 oz. of ABC pasta1 28 oz can of crush tomatoes1 medium head of cabbage20 oz bag of frozen mix soup vegetables12 cups of water
Cut "soup pack" fresh vegtebles in chunk pieces. Add beef fresh cut vegtables, parsley, crused garlic, salt & pepper & water to a large pot & bring to a boil. Add tomatoes & bring to a boil again. Turn down to low & simmer for 2.hours. Stir often. cut cabbage into large chunks & cook on mediumm untill tender (about 20-30 mins) add frozen vegtables & ABC pasta & cook for about 10 minutes. Serves 10
