1/2 ZUCCINI1/2 SUMMER SQUASH2 PLUM TOMATOES2 TBSP. BALSAMIC VINEGARSALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions
1. CUT 1/2 ZUCCINI AND 1/2 SUMMER SQUASH IN HALF LENGTHWISE AND CUT INTO THIN SLICES.

2. CUT TOMATOES IN HALF AND CUT INTO CHUNKS

3. ADD 2 TBSP. BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

MIX THROUGHLY AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1/2 HOUR OR SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
