chicken apple salad

cut up 6 oz cooked chicken breast4oz dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream1 med. sized apple cut in chunks1/4 cup walnuts chopped1/3 cup craisens
Directions
mix chicken chunks with yogurt, sour cream, apple chunks, chopped walnuts and craisens.
serve over lettuce
