Aspargus with Low-Fat Bernaise Sauce

Ingredients
2 bunches (about 40 stalks) fresh asparagus1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt6 Tbsp fat-free whipped salad dressing spread4 tsp chopped tarragon1 Tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup vegetable broth2 tbsp Dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam asparagus until tender-crisp, approximately 6-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt, salad dressing, tarragon, lemon juice, broth and mustard in a sauce pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat (do not boil) mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes or until warm.

Drizzle sauce over steamed asparagus and serve.
