Rice for hainan chicken rice

Ingredients
4 cups rice1 tbsp garlic6 cups chicken broth2.5 tbsp vegetable oil2 tsp salt
Directions
-saute garlic, stir fry uncooked washed rice until translucent
-cook rice in chicken broth
-serve with steam/roast chicken and special chilli sauce
