Beef Brisket with Mop Sauce

Ingredients
* Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz) * Cider Vinegar, .25 cup * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp * *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp * *Dark Corn Syrup, .25 cup * Beef brisket, 3 lb
Directions
In lg saucepan combine the first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Place the brisket in a shallow roasting pan; pour sauce over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degress for 2 - 21/2 hours or until meat is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes. Thinly slice meat.

    Recipe missing 2 Tbsp Canola Oil and 2Tbsp prepared mustard. Googled the recipe and made if for dinner tonight. Very yummy! Saved leftovers with some of the sauce. Looking forward to lunch tomorrow. - 2/27/11
