Ingredients
224g or 2 medium to large carrot313g or half a medium cabbage1 medium to large onion7 tbsp fat free plain yogurt3 tbsp honey & mustard salad dressing
Directions
Peel & grate (can also be done using the slice attachment on a food processor) the carrots, cabbage and onion, mix in a large bowl. Add yogurt and dressing and mix together. Yields 12 heaped tbsp servings.

    I'm trying this w/out the salad dressing, but am putting a couple more carrots & then chopped dill on top when done. Looking forward to trying it later. I'll be adding the dressing if it needs it later. - 7/7/10
