Pine Nut Breaded Tilapia

Ingredients
Pine Nuts, 1.5 oz, finely choppedBread crumbs, 3 tbspParmesan Cheese, grated, 6 tbspMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tspHoney Mustard, 2 tbspTilapia filets, 5, 4 oz each
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg. On a plate or shallow dish, add pine nuts, bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning. Mix well and set aside. Pat filets dry and brush with honey mustard. Coat with pine nut breading. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 8-10 minutes, turning onece, until fish turns opaque.
