Sounds like it's very easy to make this recipe and I am due for some chicken. I guess I will prepare some brown rice to go with it. I have wheat germ so I will toast it myself. I need to keep this recipe in my book. Thank you. - 3/13/10

It is very easy to make. When I first bought the wheat germ my husband thought I was nuts. He loves the chicken. I have to hide leftovers if I want them for lunch the following day otherwise they're gone. I have been using the wheat germ as a coating for tilapia and orange roughy - the kids love it.
