Mom's Chicken Tetrazzini

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of milk (skim), 1/2 bar of medium cheddar cheese (grated), 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 1 full covering of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning blend (.25tsp)
Put chicken in spaghetti pot and at 3/4 water and cook for 35 minutes (don't stir or touch just let it go). Mix together very well the soup mix, milk, cheese and seasonings in a bowl and set aside. *Cook noodles while preparing above (1 box of thin spaghetti). Slowly mix noodles into mixture - make sure it's covered completely (may not use all of noodles). Once chicken is done boiling, carefully remove, shred or cut into small pieces and add to noodle mixture. Add more chees and lightly season top of mixture and place into oven. Cook for 30-35minutes at 400degrees on the middle rack. Makes 10 1 1/4 cup servings.
