Peanut Butter Pinwheel Cookies

Filling:12 oz Nestle Choc. Chips1 cup Peanutbutter ChunkyDough:1 c Crisco shortening1 cup Peanutbutter Chunky4 tbsp milk1 tsp salt2 c granulated sugar2 lg eggs2 1/2 c flour1 tsp baking soda
Filling:
Melt chips; remove from heat add 1 cup peanutbutter mix till well blended. Let cool while you make the dough.
Dough:
Cream shortening and sugar til light and fluffy. Beat in 1 cup peanutbutter, eggs and milk. In another bowl mix together the flour, soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Chill then roll out to about 1/8 inch thick. Spread the filling mixture onto this. Then roll up jelly roll style. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for about 2 - 4 hours then cut into 1/4 inch slices and bake at 365 for 12 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet before removing.
