Steve's Shepard's Pie

Ingredients
Directions
1 stick butter, divided6 large russet potatoes, peeled & quartered1 3/4 C chicken broth, divided1 lb ground turkey10 oz bag frozen veggiesLawry's seasoned salt to taste
Boil water, put in potatoes and cook until tender.
Meanwhile, use 1/4 c butter in big skillet to brown the ground turkey.
Then, add frozen veggies and heat through.
Next add 1/4 c broth to skillet, cover and cook for 10 min.
Put meat/veggie mixture into baking dish, set aside.
Drain potatoes and mash with remaining 1/4 c butter and as much of the remaining broth as is needed.
Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat/veggie mixture.
Place in oven and cook at 375 for 30 min.
makes 8 servings
may add shredded cheese to top (not included in nutrition info)
