Ingredients
Ingredients:Lentils, 2 x 19oz cans*Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original, 4 (312 g) pouchesCarrots, raw, 8 mediumInstant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, dry, Onions, raw, .1/2 cupGarlic, 1 tsp or 2-3 clovesPepper, black, 2 tspPaprika, 2 tspMrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp
Directions
Put Lentils and Yves in a large bowl and mix together. Puree carrots, onion and garlic in food processor and then mix into lentil mixture. Add any spices you want, I put pepper and paprika with some Italian seasoning. Mix all together and cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Using 1/2 cup measurer, measure out each patty. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, then cool and freeze or eat right away.
