1 pound of Laura's Lean 4% ground beef4 cups of egg noodles1 small red bell pepper1/2 onion1 can cream of mushroom soup1 Tbsp. black pepper*add italian seasoning if it tastes bland.
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
2. At the same time, boil egg noodles.
3. Add chopped onion and red bell pepper to the beef.
4. After 5-10 minutes add cream of mushroom soup and a can of water.
5. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add noodles to the mixture and serve!
