Ingredients
1/2 cup Great Value Original liquid eggs1 cup fresh spinach1/2 cup chopped white onion (more or less based on preference)1 cup fresh mushrooms1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato1 slice fat free swiss cheese
Directions
Pour liquid eggs into skillet on medium heat, let cook for about 1.5 minutes. Add vegetables and flip. Let cook another minute or two. Cheese can be added inside or on top. Makes 1 serving.
