Oatmeal muffins

Ingredients
.5 cup of flaxseed, ground.5 cup of whole wheat pastry flour3 tablespoons of baking powder.5 teaspoon of salt.25 cup of sugar1 egg3 Tablespoons oil1 cup milk1 cup oats1 cup blueberries
Directions
Warm the milk then add the oats. Let sit for 10 min. Combine the flour, flax seed, salt, baking powder, and sugar and mix. Stir in the blueberries. Add the egg and oil to the milk mixture and stir. Combine the milk mixture to the dry mixture and stir to combine but don't over stir.
Divide into a greased 12 cup muffin tin.
Makes 12 servings.
