Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Soy Flour, 1.3 cup, stirred DAIRY KROGER ACTIVE LIFESTYLE F/F MILK 1 cup, 1 serving Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspBlueberries, fresh, .5 cup or frozen thawedCanola Oil, 1 1/3 tsp
Directions
IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL COMBINE FLOUR, EGG, MILK, 2/3 OIL, VINILLA, CINNAMON, AND BLUEBERRIES TO MAKE A THIN BATTER. HEAT REMAINING OIL IN SKITTLE. ADD BATTER AND BROWN ON ONE SIDE UNTIL SMALL BUBBLES FORM AROUND THE EDGES THEN FLIP AND BROWN. REPEAT 'TIL BATTER IS USED. THESE WILL BE DARKER PANCAKES, LIKE BUCK WHEAT.
