Linguine and Clams in a white sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:3 cans Snows Minced clams with juice 1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin 3 cloves Garlic, minced5 Tbsp Parsley, dried12 oz barilla whole wheat linguine
Directions
Cook linguine according to package directions.
In a sauce pan heat oil then add crushed garlic and cook until tender. Add clam juice, Parsley and white wine (if using) simmer for 10 minutes. Add clams, mix well and remove from heat. Pour sauce over noodles, mix well and serve.
