Easy Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 5oz can of chunk white tuna in water1 hard boiled egg (diced)2 dill pickle spears (diced)1/2 tbsp chopped onion2 tbsp fat free mayo4 rye crisbreads1 leaf romaine lettuce1 sliced tomato
Directions
Drain tuna and place in bowl with egg, pickles, onion, and mayo. Mix. Place 1/2 romaine leaf and divide sliced tomato onto each slice of bread. Spoon tuna salad mixture evenly out onto each crispbread.

Makes 2 servings.

Serve with a side salad, sliced fruit, or baked potato chips (like baked veggie chips).
