Mayonnaise All Natural (1 Tablespoon)

Ingredients
1 egg yolk1 teaspoon dry mustard1 teaspoon honey1/4 teaspoon saltDash of cayenne pepper2 Tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar1 Cup vegetable oil
Directions
In medium bowl with an electric beater, beat together the egg yolk, mustard, honey, salt, cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Continue beating while adding the vegetable oil,at first drop by drop, gradually increasing the amount as the mixture thickens until all the oil has been added. Slowly add the last tablespoon of lemon juice. Beat well. Chill.
