Citrus-Grilled Tofu

Ingredients
1 block organic tofu, extra firm - pressed and sliced in 81/2 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil2 tsp light agave nectarJuice of 1 limeZest of 1 lime1/2 tsp Sriracha3/4 tsp Kosher salt1 Tbsp chopped cilantro1 Tbsp chopped basil1 clove elephant garlic, grated1 1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated2 tsp Splenda + more to taste, if needed
Directions
1 - Combine all ingredients except for tofu in a bowl and whisk together well.

2 - Add tofu and ensure that each slice is adequately coated in the marinade.

3 - Marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.

4 - Grill and serve.
